Ditto. Sounds like a great guy who can play video games and practice hard. Two things I can do but not take up a scholarship. Hate to be hard on someone who appears to be a great citizen and ambassador, but his output equates to a few missed layups in mop up duty and he is a Jr.

At this point I don't see him even breaking into the lineup next year as a senior. Christopher Columbus wouldn't be the first Spaniard to miss the mark coming to America. When does the next Santa Maria leave for Spain? He might be the only donor Larry Burns can get for Akron's soon to be launched "Tie your Zippers" campaign, created by Larry Burns. Did I forget to mention it was Larry Burns's idea?

Why does the tone of the article infer Angel may not be coming back next year?

That's funny!

It reminds me that I'm going to need to keep an eye on Akron message boards so as not to miss Zip fans when the go ballistic after Larry Burns decides Zippy needs a female counterpart with a bow and skirt.

You're right he spearheaded the Roxy campaign. Actually she has grown on me. The last two have been fantastic with my kids.

But his trips were paid for by Queen Isabella of Spain.

He didn't say Isabella was a Spaniard.

OK if he WAS a Spaniard then he really WOULD be the first one to miss the mark coming to America. ;-)

From Wikipedia:

Christopher Columbus was an Italian explorer, navigator, and colonizer, citizen of the Republic of Genoa. Under the auspices of the Catholic Monarchs of Spain, he completed four voyages across the Atlantic Ocean. Wikipedia
