Kent Ostrander, director of the Family Foundation of Kentucky, said his group encouraged Embry to file the bill to establish privacy rights.

He said the threat of lawsuits — including recovering $2,500 for each encounter and more for psychological and emotional harm — would help ensure the law is followed if passed.

“Schools need to be sensitive to students who are conflicted with their gender. But they cannot throw out the personal right of privacy” for every other student, he said.

If I had a 12 year old daughter in school, I'd be ok with boys in the bathroom with her. What could go wrong?

Kent is a good guy and a personal friend of mine.

So the taxpayers will be paying a bunch of money to LGBT legal groups when they lose the inevitable lawsuit on this. Placing a bounty? My guess is that this bill will die in committee. Besides, retrofitting every high school in the state to provide a Transgendered bathroom will be very expensive. Due to bigotry, the state will probably have to hire a security guard to protect the bathroom from vandalism. And even then, they'll face lawsuits.

These are schools, right? Where people aren't above, say, 17?

I'm sorry, but nobody under the age of 18 should be allowed to undergo a gender change. It is a BIG operation with life-altering implications. Teenagers aren't mature enough to make such a decision.

Bottom line: the left wants these "transgender" boys showering with your daughters.

I predict the fad of tranny communal bathrooms to end not when a tranny attempts to bang a girl, but when a female-to-male tranny does get banged -- and becomes pregnant -- by a boy.

This will ultimately end with a communal boy's restroom ... a communal girl's restroom ... and a universal single person at a time restroom. It will be the universal handicapped / pregnant / tranny restroom. Many schools already have a single person at a time restroom for handicapped, so this is also the path of least resistance.

It is schit like this that makes me know America is doomed. We are slowly circling the drain.

The bill says it will provide a place for transgendered to go to the bathroom - that is making accommodations.

Tom, no matter how much you say it - it is not right to make a 13 year old girl share a locker room or a bathroom with a 13 year old male that dresses like a girl. Naked, one has a Johnson and one has boobies.

I believe that in locker rooms in particular, a female has a right to not have to change clothes in the same open room as someone with a Dck. Period, end of story.

Obviously, you are of a mind that everyone else's rights should be trampled on because of one or two people that have gender issues. I couldn't disagree with that more.

Eventually, we are going to end up with signs on the bathrooms that show you an example of the "equipment" that may be "drained" in that particular bathroom.

How about instead, Uncle Tom, that we just let people with penises all use the same bathrooms regardless of what they classify themselves sexually? And the same for people with vaginas.

I mean, you can feel like a woman all you want. But just don't use the women's restroom without actually possessing women's body parts.

I challenge you to find one case where a sexually mixed-up person, NEEDs to be in a restroom where other people with similar sexual body parts aren't present. How would it know whether the other people were/weren't themselves also sexually mixed-up?

For instance, if a transgendered peeniss bearer, were to be in a room full of vajina possessors, how does the peeniss bearer know the vajina possessers aren't all a bunch of homosexual men who were born into women's bodies by some cruel twist of fate? Sure, they would be attracted to men's penises, but that would only be because they were actually homosexual men trapped in women's bodies.

So, seriously, Uncle Tom, WHY would it be so traumatic to the sexually confused to have to use the bathroom designed for its current set of body parts? He's be right at home with all the other lesbians born into men's bodies by mistake.

How many trannys can a single school possibly have? Not many. So this should solve that problem.
