Maybe, I would have to take a vacation day to make it and that's not an option for me right now. Burned a bunch of my vacation when my mother fractured her pelvis and only have 7 days left until June 1. Need to save those days in case my parents need me. Tough watching your aging parents go down. :(

Sorry, totally derailed my own thread.

RE: The Houston game
Houston managed to lose @ home to both Arkansas Pine Bluff and South Carolina State. For a bit of context on how bad those two team are...
South Carolina State (4-10) lost to Texas Tech 101-39
and UAPB (3-10) lost to Central Michigan 75-43

Should be a barn burner at the Fed Ex Forum Wednesday afternoon.

How on God's Green Earth do you lose consecutive home games to SC State and UAPB over a 3 day stretch? Kelvin baby... What in the hell is going on in Houston?

But yes, Josh could manage to lose to this one... but I highly doubt it.

Last I remember, Houston was an u-and-comer with a number of highly touted recruits. Did they have an exodus or something?

For additional context, Houston beat Texas Tech at Las Vegas by a score of 82-69. Sitggers hit 7 of 9 three point attempts.

EDIT: Houston's victory was at a neutral site.

Texas Tech is by far the worst team I have ever seen and I watched a lot of SMU Doh ball

Texas Tech has a 9-3 record. One of their defeats was to LSU in overtime, 69-64.

Well, let's go ahead shift this one into the "very losable" column.

RE: The Houston game
Nice to see the usual supportive comments by the usual suspects, LOL. In a nutshell, Houston is horrendous but Pastner could still lose. So, the talking points are now set for either scenario. MEMPHIS will not get much credit for a win and will be berated severely for a loss. Keep criticism alive!

MEMPHIS can't do anything with the conference schedule, folks.

Tanya, I agree about the timing of the game on NY Eve, but again the AAC sets the schedule based on the ESPN assignment of games. Last year, the TIGERS played at USF on December 31.

I'll be at the Forum supporting the TIGERS with what I hope is a crowd of around 7500 on NY Eve day.
