I think Pastner has gotten his players to run one effective inbounds play in 5 years, will he ever learn from his failure?

There is probably no doubt that Pastner knows basketball, but he is terrible when it comes to motivating players, and in-game execution.

That's a very generous comment but I don't see any evidence that he's able to notice his flaws and act on them. He seems so defensive I don't think he can hear the criticism and deal with it straightforwardly.

Exactly. The difference against good teams for us over the past 5 years has been plays out of timeouts.we always get scored on on defense, or we turn It over on offense. A good coach can manufacture upward to 20 points per game just from well drawn plays coming out of timeouts.

Well Josh is "NOT" the right guy to be leading our BB program and its now showing through....We need to look into that Buyout, and cut our loses, and find the right guy, before it falls further....Whoever the Next coach is, try to keep Keelon on staff, and fix our program before it get that worse....The World Is Ours Memphis....Side note I kow some Money guys aren't happy right now....So who knows....The World Is Ours Memphis...
