That would destroy ticket sales for the N.O. and Camellia Bowl. Is that what you want?

Cajun fans are already purchasing their tickets for the New Orleans bowl. A week's delay could affect the other two though I understood those teams couldn't be announced till the 7th anyway.

Trust me, we all rooted for you guys when you played NCState and GaTech. The issue of the eligibility rule is a whole nuther matter. I'd imagine a program like Texas State would be pretty po'd if they got knocked out of a bowl because the rules were changed after the games were played.

We also watched your games and rooted for you OOC, but when you guys went from, we'll take an at large (if not enough teams become eligible) to we'll take a game from any SBC team that earned it and paid their dues. False comparison. You guys did a wonderful job this year and earned a conference title. According to the rules you signed up for though, you did not earn the right to play in a bowl game. And it appears that rule became an issue only when you saw it was not benefiting your program.

Can you not understand why others who have played by that rule don't agree with you at this point?
