His pay is 8th in the conference. The highest paid coach is Tubby at a base of $2.2 mil. fuente does have potential bonuses up to $725,000 that are pretty much in line with conference spending. If he earned his max and everyone else did too (which is probably impossible), then he would still be in 7th but he would only be $70,000 from 5th and $220,000 from 4th.
