Nobody wants to be the guy to follow a HOF coach. Sufficient time had passed that there would be plenty of interested candidates.

Agree. Josh just hasn't developed as a coach and the longer he stays the longer it puts our program back.

We can fix it, but Josh has to give in and buy in as well as the team...You play your Best players, and this means you play Kuran at the 3 and Play Dominic Magee, and let them go, and you turn them loose, as well as Austin Being feed the ball inside....You ask Shaq to hit the boards, and Hustle for Rebounds, and Becoming like a Rodman where his job is to Rebound and Play his butt off and making a living on Defense and take pride in trying to shut his man down....That comes with a Coach's attitude....Not clapping and Smiling and being their Friend, and always nice to them....Sometimes you have to light their fire and feed their desire and make them afraid of failure....We should be starting Markel and Dominic at the 1 and 2 spots, Kuran at the 3 with Austin and Shaq at the 4 and 5....and you make everyone on the bench earn every minute the get and know their roll or else...You guys can say what ever you want but Markel and Dominic should be the starting guards, and have the most talent and must just roll with them, and Kuran at the 3 is a matchup for anyone and must be in the lineup to create problems and roll with him as well....And if people don't like it, then coach should tell them to get over it....Its really that simple....Even a blind kid could see that is best for this team going forward....Hope Coach Josh stops being so stubborn and learns fast from this....He needs to get a grip on this ship, before it sail away on him....The World Is Ours Memphis....

Coach Josh, is so stubborn and refuses to give in at times....He didn't even bother to bring in Kuran tonight...Again I said it before, and its true weather people want to admit it or not....Markel, Dominic, Kuran, Austin, and Shaq should be the starting 5....Markel and Dominic are the two best guards on this team hands down, and hardest playing defenders on ball....Kuran is a matchup problem no matter what and creates problems and open up the floor and frees up space for Austin and Shaq down low and is the best passer on the team along with Markel and Dominic.....Play them and roll with them and everyone else should learn their rolls off the bench and do their jobs....Lit a fire under them and get in their faces if you have to.....That's could coaching, and I have supported coach Josh and hope he gets it turned around....But my eyes are opeing up to this problem that is occurring....Maybe he isn't the leader like Coach Fuente is....Hope I am wrong on that, but things don't seem to be changing, and that's on the coach.....The World Is Ours Memphis....

Josh is a www guy, but he is also Stubborn in his ways...Needs to be the leader, and light a fire under them and fast, before the ship sails away on him again....He can fix it, but he has to fix it fast and do things, he might not like to do, but has to do, if he wants to fully be successful here....Hope he does get it going, cause as stated before time is running out....The World Is Ours Memphis...
