Humans are animals. It is in the Bible. God became man. Man=animal. As soon as we "man" understands that we are not "angels" the quicker we solve the medical health crises.

Yes, but even abuse doesn't violate any right that an animal doesn't possess. Certainly abusing an animal is wrong. But it's not because abusing an animal violates some "right" of that animal.
The bigger question is WHY is abuse of an animal something that is wrong, to begin with?
And that brings up a second question, about if we're going to talk about abusing an animal, then killing it for our own pleasure (tastes good to us to consume its dead flesh) -- wouldn't that fall into the "abuse" category?
Bottom line is that animals are property of those who possess them legally. And the government passes laws about what you can/cannot do with your own property, for the good of society as a whole.
But it's not about the rights of your property.
I don't care what people do with animals as long as they don't abuse them. That angers me. If you're about to get attacked by an animal (as long as you're not trespassing) then by all means, do what you gotta do. Kick it, punch it, shoot it, etc. While I don't hunt, and wouldn't unless it was necessary, there is a difference in killing wild game for food versus, say, kicking a dog or shooting a cat for no reason.
I got in a fight in High School because a guy that I went to school with was in front of me on the way to school one morning and he swerved to hit a dog that was walking down the road. He was a shameless rascal, his name was Larry.
Animals eat animals. Animals do not kill or injure or fudge animals for fun. The right of the animal is to be eaten or to eat other animals, that is all.

After over the years having to be late for school many times to bury goats and chickens that were killed by coyotes and other predators and not eaten I beg to differ on that.

As smart as we think we are, we are animals, and animal rights have been right for thousands of years. Evolution is real on many planes. We are the smartest animals the earth has ever seen. it is a shame we don't realize it. Our bodies evolved on eating plants and animals. Wild plants and wild animals, not the crap we eat today.
