I think that sums it up well. With Ellison's leadership and ability to take the game over, it seems to eliminate the wild swings of having a great game then a bad one. Having a solid OL and running attack keeps things simple and consistent.

We lead the nation in rushing and are going to run right at you......can you stop it?

With the emotions that Georgia State will have playing Georgia Southern at home and playing other belt teams close, it is not a guarantee win for Georgia Southern. ASU found that out last year and barely came away with a win. ASU thought the game would be a breeze and almost lost.

I honestly don't know. Do the players really hate GSU? There is no history. My concern is the team overlooking a 1-5 GSU and coming out flat. I think for GSU, they will come out angry that their stadium is full of GS fans.

Not in in so many words, but apparently Appalachian football "died" the moment they got football at UNCC. They're supposedly going to suck every bit of talent from the 704 area code or something like that.

I know App has less to prove and more to lose by playing them but do you think your new AD will try to schedule them?

We're going to UNCC in 2018 and they're coming to Kidd Brewer in 2019. I imagine we'll want to continue the series over the years. I don't expect to see them every year but I doubt we'd go more than 6-7yrs without having them on the schedule.

You're right and it WON'T happen & RGSU is a lot further a long than 90% of you predicted. Although a loss to FGSU would be humiliating we have the rest of the season to make amends.
