The good is BJ had some fire. The bad is he expressed it through hokey slogans and mantras. I think he actually believes the slogans and mantras as great coaching wisdom. Fortunately, some guys eat that stuff up, however there is an equally large segment who sees them as pure hokum.

Looks like UC has red helmets this week against SMU. Do the dare go with the red pants again for a red/white/red look? If they beat SMU do think go with red helmets the rest of the season?

I like the helmet and think it would look sweet combined with the black uniforms.

Sorry... I just cannot get excited about this either way. White helmets, red helmets, this decal or that decal... It feels like we're majoring in the minors.

Minors? Most universities engage in drastic uniform changes from week to week. Not saying I enjoy the practice. However, not a minor league activity.

All blacks and make the c-paw all black with red helmet. I don't mind this helmet though.

Black helmet with a flat black cpaw would be sweet!

If they can learn to hit people below the shoulders in them, they look fine to me.

The fact that we may be wearing our all blacks once a season is really f*cking depressing. Different combos for away games, all red for RoR, all white for White Out, blacks the rest of the way. WHY DOES IT HAVE TO BE SO MUCH MORE COMPLICATED THAN THAT! We dont have Nikes or UAs CEO in our pocket giving us free sh!t every 15 minutes. Multiple uni combos isnt our identity, the all blacks ARE! Every school is trying to emulate the black out concept with black alternate uniforms regardless if black is a color of theirs or not. Black is our main motherf*cking color. Black with red. Thats our identity.

And that f*cking white stripe on the black helmet needs to get gone. Fast.

We're on the road, it will be white jerseys. They are also going with white pants. Look at the uniform board at the 17 second mark.

I don't know about you all, but back in my day I only felt good if we won. I would wear a potato bag if it meant winning. Swag doesn't win football games in my book.
