We have Iowa State and a bye week then UMass. By then, Hunt will be completely healthy from the ankle ( I would hope) That will make a big difference for us. Also need Macon and Swanson healthy. Not sure if that is enough for us to overcome the turnovers and penalties though.

I understand the frustration but we have EMU, Kent, and UMASS left on the schedule. That's at least 2 wins...

They won! Great win despite the coaching and focus, or lack there of. I don't care about Swanson's fumble. It was a great effort late in the game. The call to throw it to the full back would have been a great call, if it had not been pouring down rain. Dumb. Again, too many penalties, poor play calling, and poor execution. Toledo's O-line was supposed to be great, but I have yet to see them dominate a game and maul a defense from start to finish. They were either overrated or under-coached. Great win on the road, but a heck of a lot to clean up and improve upon in order to become serious contenders.

watched by nobody in the stands. Does the MAC compensate Toledo and other home teams for taking these November games mid-week with 8pm kick-offs? That is a huge loss in revenues - and I don't believe at all that it helps recruiting when a recruit sees no one in the stands.

Well, that was as pathetic a performance as I've seen in a long time by the Rockets.

But, at least we stunk up their stadium.

D-Line is playing better than expected, isn't it?

Wilcher: been VERY happy with his play.

Not Jones' fault the coaches don't have enough sense to not get him killed and hes been a very good receiver.

The row boat guy is good: credit given where credit due. Still rather send my kid to UT. Coach Campbell cannot be a head coach if he's not willing to consider he might not have the right staff. They seem to do a good job at building loyalty but they just don't seem as on the ball as some of the competition and he's had the time to earn that salary.

At least he's not Solich. lol

Coach Campbell will be alright. Just never ask my opinion of him in the middle of a close game. lol

The execution was worse that the play calling. The Rockets almost executed themselves.

Hmmm...I'm just not quite as enamored with their play this season. Still waiting to see them take a game over. There have been quarters, even halts, but not really a complete game yet, IMO. Hopefully all of that experience will start to play more consistently down the stretch.
