Are you forgetting VT is next? Bud Foster > Lincoln Riley.

You actually mean Bud Foster 03-nutkick Lincoln Riley every year.

RE: ECU @ So Car Thread
We left too many points out there........too many chances for a pick, kicked a lot of field goals. We had some valiant drives that we just couldn't finish.

Good effort against a solid team. I think we've got a decent team but didn't get the job done. It'll be interesting to see where we fall in the AAC.

Seriously? Bud Foster is going to bend Lincoln Riley over his knee and spank him. Like he does every time.

The fact that we allowed a 10 minute drive where they did nothing but run up the middle is inexcusable.

Against an SEC team with a big. O line, 5th Sr. QB, great RB's, they did okay. Respectable effort by the D when over matched.

Also, we missing Terry Williams, and Terrell Stanley (which we knew in the spring). Terry Williams is the center cog in our D line.

VT is beating Ohio State 21-7 in the 3rd quarter. And even if VT sucked this year, it wouldn't matter because Bud Foster is still the DC there.

I don't think OSU is that good. Inept on O (struggled to gain on Navy for a while) and a defense that will let the ground game go.

We'll see a reversal this of this game. D will stand tall but offense will have trouble moving the ball.

We actually did win the total yardage battle but they won the more important turnover battle which you can't allow to happen and expect to win against a quality SEC team. I knew those 1st quarter field goals we settled for and the blocked field goal would come back to haunt us.

11 points left on the field in a 10 point game. Plus, the two picks leading to FG's another 6 point swing, (well 12 points possibly).

AHA... EXCELLENT!

That is not a moral victory, it's an objective analysis of where we didn't do enough.

Good effort Pirates. A little more depth would have helped. They were just running over you guys at the end.

Unfortunate, but an enjoyable game to watch nonetheless.

Cardens interceptions cost us a chance to win. Not having Terry Williams and Terrell Stanley killed our D line. They gashed us up the middle
