That were probably gona kill Northwestern. They're usually my underdog team, but losing to a team that won 1 game all last season is just.......... I think the odds at this point should be HIGHLY in our favor. I just wish we could have gotten a rematch again the Illness as well instead of UNLV or Presbyterian.

I'm just sayin... i have us Killing NU (basically winning by a possible 3 TDs). Cal was garbage last year, coaches left, 20+ players left. Northwestern just got beat by a team that's rebuilding. Other than our QB position (which is looking rather good), i think were a lot more secure team than NU. Mark was honestly they're game changer and I feel like it honestly showed. They didn't have any real hype in them, and that's even after they got the turnover then TD. So many missed possibilities. I just don't see NU doing a lot against us.

That is like a scrimmage. The real players for NIU will step it up and we will be able to tell who are guys are and what type of season we are capable of having!!

That's not really saying much when they're 1-0 and have 2 games against Colorado and Sac St. left to go in that stretch.

Don't think they'll win at Wazzu though. 3-1 is likely, however.

You act like you're making some huge statement with that...lol. Pretty much any BCS team NIU could play with the exception of Purdue would be one of the toughest teams they would play.

It's not that we beat Presbyterian, that was a for sure win. But the odds going into this game were looking 50/50... they should definitely be tipped in our direction. If McIntosh would've played the full Presbyterian game, we could've dropped 70 easily, but like i said, it's not about that. NU loses to Cal when they shouldn't have at all (showing that the result of their finish last year is following them into this season). Honestly, if we beat NU and UNLV, I have us beating Arkansas (which would be the real test).

The NU game is probably a toss up game and the line will show that.

I have to agree....I certainly think we have a shot against NU and UNLV, but we will not beat the Hogs. If we go 3-1 going into MAC play that would beat my preseason expectations, I was lookng for 2-2
