GSU Football takes an ice cream break
Coach Hunter and the men's basketball team decided to give the football team a cool ending to practice.

Cool to see the teams support each other.

A fella could get killed in a stampede, standing between that van and the team.

Cool idea. Players will appreciate. I was on a job site once at a chemical plant and the owner had an ice cream truck show up on his dime. It really boosted moral and was a simple gesture.

I find it rather adorable.

I remember getting icecream after little league games too.

As humid as it has been in Atlanta this week I can see why there was a mad dash towards that van

It's the little things that mean a lot to people a lot of times.
Bet most of the players remember that forever.

Humid.. this week?

I've been in ATL all week and it feels GREAT outside. Maybe it's just comparative, since it's been in the 90s with 95%+ humidity in Savannah for the past month. 03-banghead

Bet, as usual, there is a huge amount of humidity difference between what the players are having to endure in Statesboro and Boone.

We're about 3% humidity from having a water polo team. 03-wink

It's been so hot the gnats haven't come back yet. Maybe they will be late this year and still be around into late September....

It was very humid yesterday especially in comparison to last week. Last week was a Chamber of Commerce week.

What did you want our basketball coach to do? Throw a kegger. It shows some solidarity which is a big deal at State. Unfortunately under Curry, the football program separated itself from the the student body which did not help with student attendance and the other sports programs.

Is Miles trying to build a bridge between the students and the team?
