I've said it and I'll say it again just making the Tourney doesn't cut it.. Pastner could go to the tourney 10yrs straight but until this team makes runs in it, his recruiting will continue to spiral downward.. Going 1-1 or 0-1 consistently will not get him top players, until he makes a good run or runs the recruiting will just be so so.. JMO

That would be good, It would allow Josh a little more time to Be out on the recruiting trail with Key Targets, just as he is on Josh Jackson...And He is wanting to get in on Thon Maker.....The World Is Ours Memphis...

Josh also needs a player development coach, especially a big man coach. Our bigs don't get much better. I know, Shaq was better coming back but he hit a wall about 6 games from the end and couldn't hit a foul shot, stop anyone penetrating or rebound even off the FT line. Austin may be one who breaks that mold but it will be on his talent and has to have the body to back it up or he still gets pushed out.
