Since the majority of the RPI (75%) is related to your opponents and your opponents-opponents won/loss records, you'll get bumps from every team with a good RPI you play.

UALR and UCA made good friends tonight in Conway. I have no idea who won the game, but I do think UCA needs to learn that only weaklings push people in a bench clearing brawl.

I smell suspensions for both teams

UCA won from my understanding. What made that player think it was a good idea to shove the coach 01-wingedeagle

That's actually an assistant coach who pushed Norwood ... Former S. Carolina player

I would have preferred had he slugged their pitching coach...They had an argument with our coaching staff after our series in Jonesboro. A Bean ball war developed between the two sides in the Sunday game, and it was pretty clear both sides thought the other was doing it intentionally.

Norwood flopped a little when he was touched.

Norwood never should have come out of the dugout and UCA's assistant started the whole brawl by pushing him down (pansy ass thing to do to) ... Hard to understand why the assistant didn't get thrown out of the game as well.

Not sure. League rules say both coaches get tossed because of a brawl. Never said anything about assistants.

I think Norwood gets a 1 game suspension for being tossed. Same with UCA"s coach, who bumped Norwood before the shove happened. Both conference have the right to review the footage and make further decisions.

The assistant coach who pushed Norwood to the ground and escalated the brawl shouldn't have been tossed? The automatic one-game suspension in the Sun Belt is gone now (and rightfully so), up to Benson for further action.

Norwood flopped a little when he was touched.

Did you expect anything else from that jerk? BTW was that the UALR pitching coach that was told one more word and he was gone by the umpire in their game at Tomlinson.

Norwood was not suspended.

UCA's assistant got 4 games for pushing Norwood.

Four UALR Players were suspended for the Georgia State series as a result of the fun. One of those was suspended for Georgia State and UALR's next SBC Series after the panthers.

Yes...the UALR pitching coach was the one who said we were trying to injure their players, and got into a shouting match with our pitching coach after the game.

I made really good friends with UALR's first basemen that weekend. I hope he didn't get suspended..

No, all were suspended for four games.

That's a change then. Every Arkansas media outlet is saying one for 8 games and three for 4 games.

Eagles get a much needed sweep. Against one of the worst teams in the country, but we will take it
