Like regular TV but, with more flavor and healthier. Grilled Beer will blow your mind.

You press to shorten UVA's shot clock and prevent our team from having to guard screens for a full 35 seconds.

Well my plan is to head to my old spot Alex's Tavern since I am in town tomorrow. Burger or hot wings will be a game-time decision.

Yea let's play a defense we haven't played much all year and give up 3s to a team that shoots well.

If the team comes in with the intentions of only playing fast we will lose. We have to be prepared to be balanced. We will have opportunities to get out in transition and we have to capitalize on those. However, the majority of our offense will come in half court sets. We have to be prepared to execute in the half court. I think GW was a good warmup for us and I thought the team did a great job of executing in the half court last night.

They played their best half court game of the season last night.

Yea just like the last game we played using the press where we held the opponent to 16% from 3 right?. Our press hasn't been the problem this year it's been on ball defense against dribble penetration whether we where defending Half Court or Full Court there wasn't a difference. Our guys would be overly aggressive and gamble too much rather than play position and keep dribble containment. Pressing to shorten the shot clock means less time we have to guard UVA's motion offense.

Just bring an intensity and focus they haven't seem yet. Memphis bb at its finest. Get a few points ahead by precision bb, and then, run and gun them to death.

FORCE them to play at our speed in the second half.

Vegas is calling for a high scoring game... 143 point total. That's pretty high for what I originally intended them to set the point toal at. If that's the case, we will prove about 95% of the people out there wrong.

My game plan is to very quickly teach Crawford to rotate on defense. He didn't several times against GW and he going to need to with all the screens being run

I see the line has moved to 6.0. I agree, as long as we play under control, a higher-paced game works in our favor. IF we can run under control. Fingers crossed.

Being up 50-20 at the half would be nice.

Raining 3s on UVA and transition points would help, they are going to pack it in tight. We need to get out of the gates fast and stay in front.

Literally, we'll have to make shos. UVA is tall and long, and they'll sag into the lane onto Austin and SHaq all day if we don't spread them out.

We either press them hardcore, and force 20+ turnovers; or our guards have got to make shots. We don't need to shoot a lot of 3s, but we need to make enough to allow us to go inside out and not just let UVA double down on the post all night.

Virginia will be sending 3 guys back after they shoot the ball, so they will not allow us to have a transition game. If we want to win the game, we have to beat them in a half court game. If we shoot like we normally do, may not be in our favor. Hope I'm wrong.

Force turnovers and score off them.

Don't foul.

Make free throws.

Game set match!
