To add to the racism, it's because of fat bodies like the one pictured in this thread that so many songs are out about girls being beautiful no matter what they look like... Sorry to let them in on this little secret, but they aren't.

Mine. I ate the cheeseburgers, French fries, pizza, and drank the cokes. I didn't work out like I was supposed to. I did eat salads, but it was covered with cheese, meat, and tons of dressing.. I drank beer, whiskey, and refused to do the work to keep it off when I started gaining years ago.

Guess who's fixing it? No Michelle Obama.. Not the Main Stream Media.. Me.. I eat healthier and work my balls off at the gym..

So guess what my downfall and my resurgence is on me, nobody else.

Pisses me off that research dollars are going to studies like this when there is much more legitimate research to.do. how about using that money to find better ways to fight diabetes, hypertension, or something similar? America is already working on eliminating racism...

I agree with you, but we also have to be on the lookout for those who, in the name of better health, want to ban large sodas, trans fats, sodium, sugar, etc. The people who have a stake in this (tubbos) should take on more responsibility for their health conditions.

I agree on not restricting freedoms like the choice to buy/consume large sodas, sugar, etc.

But some people who are pretty responsible do need a little extra help. I've known some large people that realized they needed to be more responsible, and they do diet and exercise but end up hurting themselves or just can't get their blood pressure, etc under control even when doing things right..it's sad really.

Yet another example of the proverbial boy crying wolf.
