I can see that. However, I'd pay the bill and that's it. If little miss independent wants to be truly independent then she can get the hell out. She can't have her cake and eat it too.

Not following the court order on the basis of some breech of a confidentiality agreement is asking for trouble and problems. Those agreements are practically unenforceable unless it is your employer.

Parents are the problem, especially so called "helicopter" parents.

I live in the town the guy paying for the trial lives in. Daughters go to the same school the plaintiff goes to.

He's a former mayor, county administrator (freeholder) and attorney who has refused to tell a nearby town what he is billing them $300+ an hour for.

He was a creep long before this.

So it's not hard to figure out why his daughter turned out to be like him. You know what they say about birds of a feather.

New Jersey has some F'd up law if you can obligate a parent to support a child financially past 18. Geez.

I agree with most of what was said before, but... one of these is not like the others...

the stories I could tell (and probably will when appropriate) about the local 'leaders' in the 'burg.....I am hardly surprised at the content of your post....it's a sad cold reality

That's a very confusing statement. The guy who is paying for the suit has a daughter that is a classmate of the plaintiff, and was asked to intervene by the Catholic High school itself... So, this is not just the daughter taking her parents to court, but it looks like this was driven more by the school itself and at least one other family in order to recoup money for the school.

Judge rules against Morris Catholic student seeking parents support | Daily Record | dailyrecord.com

http://www.dailyrecord.com/article/20140...ck_check=1 Wrote:Also according to court papers, Morris Catholic intervened on her behalf and asked the family of prominent Morris County attorney John Inglesino -- whose daughter Jaime also is a senior at Morris Catholic -- to take Rachel in to his Rockaway Township home. Inglesino contends that he tried to have discussions twice with Sean Canning about the future of his daughter, a cheerleader and lacrosse player, but they were fruitless and he is funding Rachel’s lawsuit for a declaration of “non-emancipation.”

Let her learn how to dance using a brass pole, and shake that little arse in one of the numerous gentlemen's clubs in NJ. Most of those chicks claim to be a student, anyway.

If she would not even except help from her own parents, what makes you think that she would except help from a random stranger on this board? 01-wingedeagle
