Have no idea but what does Duke, a fairly good nationally known program, look like?

For that matter what does the Grizzlies floor look like? I don't go and have not noticed on TV shots.

The artworked floor is probably known only to the locals so they can point out the various landmarks to their visiting relatives or kiddies. Just sayin'. Wouldn't miss 'em if it all went away, except for the Tiger Logo in the middle.

Perhaps a new vote should be taken before next year's bb season. It's easier to change our playing floor than it is the mistake in some city on the Potomac. 03-shhhh

I would somewhat understand if Memphis had a skyline worth showing off, but, well that's a conversation for a different platform....

What everyone saw and liked and voted on were one thing. The product as a direct result of that vote was something else. The winning vote came to publicity with the horrendous performance Toyota logo just making it all look to cluttered, and, well...like $hit.move those logos, floor looks great. Move them to the scoreboard, or press row, anywhere else. We're the ONLY major sponsorship that has a place on a court not directly tied to the arena or court name. Get rid of it!

Not going to change. Why keep complaining? Personally, I think it looks fine.

In you're personal opinion, do like the performance Toyota courts standing out like they do on the court? Something no other college court has?

I don't like the Toyota thing but that's not new for us either.

They are probably also some kind of decal that can be removed, but probably won't be.

The skyline and bridge however are part of the finish of the floor. It would have to be sanded down an refinished to change them, which would be a huge waste of money, especially since the majority of people did and still do like them.

It is distinctive and it is ours and will be for a long time. I suggest people learn to like it or at least live with it.

When people lose a vote and keep trying to bring it back up, it's just annoying to everyone else, especially when it doesn't have a chance of changing anytime soon.

I have a problem with Josh's haircut.

I mean, sometimes it's too short and sometimes it's too long and curly. I think a crew cut might look better.

Did I miss the survey when we decided on this? 03-confused

Anybody else feel the same way?

It just doesn't "pop" on TV.

Perhaps a Bieber cut?

This keeps coming up, but I don't think it has anything to do with someone lost a vote. Hell I voted for this floor as well if my memory serves, and it was the overwhelming majority at the time. I'm not a fan of it on TV or at a game now that I've seen it both ways. Outside of this forum, I have not heard many positive comments from anyone about it either. Do I want a re-vote or a change? No, it is what it is at this point. I'm much more concerned about what happens ON the court and with our team. I don't care if we are playing on a court painted like dog turds or boogers if it helps us win.

I like it and if recruits like it and want to play on it, that's all that really matters. I could care less what other fans and non-tiger fans think about it.

To those who say the floor won't be changing anytime soon -- I guess if soon is this year, then you are correct. It won't change this year. But the UofM could EASILY decide they don't want it back next year and scrap it. And the cost would be considered minimal in the grand scheme of things.

Never paid much attention beyond the actual roster on the court. Could be a city skyline or a backdrop of the Zoo full of monkeys and giraffes for all I care. Outside of half-time I don't particularly notice of it much beyond the players playing on it.

The people on the Gonzaga Board thought the floor was very cool. However, they were also griping that Few can't coach, that Pastner out coached Few, that they always choke when Few plays a four guard line up, that their players are weak minded, that Few doesn't have control over the team, etc etc.
