It is funny that uat think they are suppose to be better then UAB

Truth is, UAB has been the best team in the state for at least 10 of the last 15 years.

They are a funny bunch. For a fan base that LIVES in the past, they forget that UAB has NEVER lost a game in Coleman. That included a 58-56 victory over the school in Tuscaloosa. Yet they are better than UAB? Really?

And I might add that basketball players normally want to hear about basketball during basketball season & not about a football coach or a football team.

I want basketball players to come to UAB because of the basketball, not because of the football.

What's also funny is Bill Ellis still trying to pass himself off as some kind of college basketball expert. He's been a tool since his "newsletter" days of gushing over David Hobbs' recruiting. Andre Perry and Brian Passink top-5 players in the South? LOL

I feel bad for any UA-t fan that thinks that Anthony Grant can out recruit Rob Williams and Cheesecake Factory.

UAT finished third in that race behind UAB and SMU.

UAB was also in the race late for 3 of their commits.

How do you even stumble across a marginal blog about Alabama basketball?
