Israel is getting ready to "go it alone." What about that?

I say let them, and then let them deal with the consequences.

We back Israel when we shouldn't.

They wouldn't need to "go it alone" if its allies completed what they started.

More mindless backing?

No. My guess is the sanctions were working, why else would Iran agree to negotiate? This is another Obama failure.

Sanctions aren't working in Iran, not one bit.

Why negotiate? Because, when we negotiate they buy themselves time. Iran has outmaneuvered the entire Western world in epic style.

The whole stop Iran thing is a waste of time and a monumental failure of the West over the last 20 years.

RE: Deal with Iran??
Dem Senator Schumer Pans Agreement: Iran Won, Deal “Not Proportionate”. Still, he won't battle Barry over this.

Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) panned the new nuclear agreement with Iran on Sunday, insisting it “does not seem proportional.”

Schumer, the No. 3 Democrat in the Senate and a strong supporter of Israel, said that Iran got much more than it gave up in the deal.

Some Democrats and Republicans on Capitol Hill have said that Congress could move forward with further sanctions legislation against Iran, but to delay its implementation for six months to allow time to gauge the deal.
But Schumer would only say Sunday that the agreement makes sanctions more likely, even as he said that he hoped the Obama administration met its goal of hoping to eliminate Iran’s ability to create a nuclear weapon.

Schumer hasn't "battled" Obama over anything since the day Hillary! threw in the towel in June 2008. No reason he would start now.

Quote:Schumer, the No. 3 Democrat in the Senate and a strong supporter of Israel, said that Iran got much more than it gave up in the deal.
Iran gave up nothing in the deal.

Quote:[Schumer] said that he hoped the Obama administration met its goal of hoping to eliminate Iran’s ability to create a nuclear weapon
In other news, Schumer said he "hoped" that he would find cures for AIDS and cancer before Christmas.

RE: Deal with Iran??
The "Deal" is basically toilet paper if the primary stakeholder doesn't sign off on it. Israel didn't agree.

The US didn't unleash a cyberattack on Iran just for grins. There is an Iranian Nuclear Weapons Program. There is an Iranian Missile Program. The Iranians actively collaborate with the North Koreans on both.

Israel will defend itself.

It was a million times more clever than the retarded bastards that bent over and let the Iranians squeeze off a big greasy one in our a$$.

There are a few Boeing 767-200's sitting in Aircraft Storage Depots around the world. Israeli Aircraft Industries are very good at modifying them. Expect some to be purchased tomorrow by a Panamanian Corporation, made airworthy, and flown East to parts unknown where they will be modified for airborne refueling.

Maybe, but I think Saudis are already committed to do that.

You have to give credit where it's due: Obama/Kerry have done more to create diplomatic cooperation between Israel and Saudi Arabia than all the other presidents since FDR combined.

Of course, this new Saudi-Israeli détente is rooted in a common revulsion to US actions, but whatever...

Kerry and Obama have also done more to increase russian influence in the Middle East since the soviet invasion of afghanistan.

The closed-minded feature of the American stream of thought is clear here. Life on Earth does not revolve around only Americans and only private citizens. Those working behind the scenes keep our world intact and today they made a step into the open. We will only know in time what this will mean.

How much time is left remains to be seen as well. Iran is running the NK playbook. That didn't turn out too well.

Selling nuclear missiles to the middle east might become a cottage industry. We could trade our Nuclear missiles for their oil.

Iran wants the weapons because then it can force us to listen to them. The problem is with us, and when it comes to Iran it always has been.

Similarly, Saddam Hussein expressed his biggest regrets that he had not waited until he had a nuclear weapon prior to invading Kuwait. Sometimes, it's not that we should be concerned that Iran wishes us to listen, it's that we should be concerned about what it has to say. Besides, should we really cower and concede when some other nation wishes to force us to do something (whether listen, or make billions of dollars of concessions to its economy, or something else)? If we buckle so easily when they have no leverage, what does that say about what we'll do when they are in position to force us to listen?

Israel is getting ready to "go it alone." What about that?

They'll take out some scientists, etc. MOSAD doesn't mess around.

Unfortunately, that tactic was used once too many times, they almost got caught the last time. Stuxnet was the best last ditch effort.

I'm just glad we didn't elect Newt Gingrich. We would have nothing to talk about.
