I'm still NOT pleased with PEA and his staff but that was a win...THERE will be some changes soon...
BUT, just becasue we beat a 3-8 team DOESN'T mean we need to play a Nebraska or Iowa State...Can yall imagine Cutt coaching against Nebraska...He'd be more star struck than our fans!!!
Well, he made some good play calls last night. Of course, he made some bad ones too...like the blocked field goal. We should have gone for it on 4th and 1. I guess we'll see. Looks like we're going somewhere either way.
As for the telecast last night, I forgot to tape it, but my mom said that Corso actually behaved himself. Anyone know if that's true or not?

My mom said the same thing Wiz. She watched the whole thing from Florida. That's the first thing I asked her when she called this morning to ask us about the game. She said "Yeah, from what I remember, they did say nice things about both teams." She also said that they did the history of the Egg Bowl, which is an every year thing, though. But, yeah I guess Corso was feeling festive last night and behaved like a good little boy.
You don't by chance have the game on tape do you dude? I realized that I had forgotten to set my VCR while I was walking to the stadium. DOH!

Sounds like a winner to me, bro. Appreciate it. I don't know if you tried to call last night, or not, but you should've dropped by the tailgate. We had some excitement with some leg-humper fans starting some shite. Security came and everything. What do ya expect form classless necks? Those people just don't know how to act, period. I've been going to Ole Miss football games for 30 years, and of course you see little incidents at any game, but it always seems that the State fans, when let out of their cages, just act like they've never been anywhere before. It's truly pathetic.
Yeah, we have our share of knuckleheads, which I saw a couple last night, and State does have some civil humans on occasion, but their classy/classless ratio is just way too one-sided on the classless side.

Had a really great st fan sit in front of me last night, we had a blast, of course he was loaded, which reminds me, had to tell several st fans to unload there firearms before entering VH. They were hoping to spotlight deer from the east side of the stadium. What gave them away was all the camo and rubber muck boots. :eek:
me and my wife were walking to campus (we were parked on taylor rd) and some state fans were ringing their bells and cursing Dr Khyat (I hate him too) and she was like, omg, are they all like that? (It was her first eggbowl). After the game i asked her what she learned, and she said she learned that most all state fans are leg humping classless losers (and I quote). Smart gal isn't she!

The worst Doug and I saw was the fat b#tch who tried to sit on me in the stands. She kept yelling "Go Peyton! Thorw the ball!"
Yup, we've got our share of clueless fans, too. I think she was from Attala county.
And then there was the guy after the game yelling at the top of his lungs "GO TO HELL STATE! YOU HAD 3 GOOD YEARS BUT NOW YOU'RE BACK AT THE BOTTOM WHERE YOU BELONG!" over and over and over. And what a set of pipes!
Seeing ******* and Joe Lee throwing fits on the sidelines was the best. Oh, and who could forget our chippy flag-toting cheerleaders who started yet another brawl with Bully and the other leg-humping cheerleaders.

And I was going to say something about our Ole Miss Fighting Cheerleaders. That was priceless. They started one with the Gators' cheerleaders earlier in the year, too. Maybe we should've suited some of those guys up, they sure know how to tackle!!
What happened on that deal with the cheerleaders? I saw something after just as the Cobra Cops started breaking it all up? How did the girl from MSU get hit?
My boss man (MSU fan) said it was pitiful that our cheerleader hit a girl. I don't think that happened. She may have been hit by the flag pole when the State cheerleader pulled the Ole Miss flag to the ground, but you can't blame that on our cheerleader. Needless to say, I hate she was hurt. Their cheerleaders were taunting our student section, which was a mistake!

Oh, and the incident with the fla cheerleaders was more or less a fight started on accident...The two groups were both running with their flags and just got in each others way. (guess it's hard to see when you're carrying flags that big) Anyway, that's what caused that fight. MSU cheerleaders......(well I guess the MSU part fills you in on the rest of the story
