I almost topped at San Diego but “Sacramento Chiefs” rolls off the tongue very well. Plus, both the Chiefs and Kings were in Kansas City.

Now the Royals is interesting. I’d want to keep them in the AL Central.
- St. Louis > Had 2 MLB teams in the first half of the 20th century
- Louisville
- Indianapolis

Utah? I mean, they are lobbing hard for a NHL team right now and are trying to pass taxes for the construction of an entertainment complex for their sports arenas. Not everyone is a mormon there, they would watch some sunday football.

In a weird way, the Chiefs making open threats makes me less nervous than the silence from the Royals

The Hunts have too much history in KC and I can see Clark moving the team to KCK or Johnson County Kansas.

My guess is the Royals go to Nashville if the lose the vote. Devastating blow to lose either team.
