In a State Department fact sheet for “sweeping new actions to manage regional migration,” Haitian nationals qualify for a “new family reunification parole processes” that allows illegal immigrants to come to the US on a “case-by-case basis.” This is in addition to the 30,000 illegal immigrants that are being brought from Haiti among other countries.
The definition of being on “parole” in the US immigration system is “an individual who is paroled into the United States has not been formally admitted into the United States for purposes of immigration law.”
Chaos has erupted in Haiti, with over 4,000 inmates being broken out of 2 of the country's largest prisons and have remained in the streets wreaking havoc.
Haiti’s capital, Port-au-Prince, has been overtaken by gangs, including the "G9 and Family" gang led by Jimmy Cherizier, who goes by "Barbecue."
On Tuesday, Haitian Prime Minister Ariel Henry announced he will be resigning "immediately after the installation of [a transition] council,"

We have no obligation to Haiti. French people and French slaves and a failed government, laws that are unknown, kids eat mud cookies, and a population of average sub-80 people that have grown dependent on NGOs. Put our littoral warfare ships in the straights, pick them up before hitting our shores, drop off back in Haiti, and let them find their own fate. They have had this opportunity since the early 1800's. Not our people, not our problem. Dominicans want nothing to do with them, as Haiti invaded the DR in the mid-late 1800's. They still worship voodoo.
We have enough people in this country incapable of supporting themselves. We don't need more. Prevent them from crossing the border, return them to the armpit from which they came, and sleep well. I have zero sympathy for these people.
I kinda doubt there'll be an invasion from Haiti considering how poor the country is and the people not having enough means to escape. It makes New Orleans look like San Francisco (and we all saw well and good just how poor New Orleans is outside the tourists areas during Katrina, not that I wasn't aware of that and didn't fear for the worst as the hurricane approached).
