While 2 are on the road, they are against the 2 worst teams in the conference. We play the 3rd worst team (Tenn Tech) at home. The only relatively tough game we have is Tennessee State, who is 8-6 in conference, and beat us in Nashville.

If we go 4-0, we will get the double-bye and finish in first (if Morehead loses again) or second place. If we go 3-1 things get "messy" with regard to the double-bye. UT-M has the same record as us and ends with the same schedule. WIU is also tied with us and ends with 4 homes, although one of those is against Morehead. We win most tie-breakers since we are 1-0 against Morehead and WIU; We split with UT-Martin, but they are 1-1 against Morehead and WIU. WIU already has a loss against Morehead going into their second matchup. I said, a few weeks ago, that only playing Morehead and WIU once was a very favorable aspect of our schedule. It's even more advantageous now that we beat them both.

Those who follow this board, know I try to figure out the conference tournament matchups every year. Never works out the way I expect it to. My wife always says let the season play-out and don't worry about things you can't control.

Its a good feeling to actually have something real to think about at this point of the season. It has been 4 years since we have had a competitive team. Hoping for the double bye also. Just have to win and let the chips fall where they may.

Well, like I said, we are the 2-seed, at worst, if we win out. We will be the favorite in all 4, but crazy things happen in college basketball

Right now I see we are favored by 9 and 11 in the two road games.

Oh, and Morehead lost last night. Plays at western Thursday. And Lathon played.

So we win the league if we win out. Will be even more pissed about the new NIT rules.

A week ago I was talking to someone about our chances to get the two seed. The one seed was out of the question. Morehead had that wrapped up. The wheels would have to fall off for morehead to not win the conference and get the one seed. Well, the wheels on the bus go ...

Never take your opponent lightly, especially with a top spot in the conference tournament's at stake. Having said that, I strongly believe that we'll come back home 2-0 and end up regular season champs. #LittleRocksTeam

I am also feeling quite confident at the moment. But we all know crazy things happen in college basketball. Who would have imagined 11-1 Morehead State losing 3 conference games in a row?
