Noon tip.

Rockets are 1-0 all-time against the War Hawks, beating them in the 1994 WNIT when the school was known as Northeast Louisiana.

ULM comes in 15-8 under 1st year coach Missy Bilderback, who turned around a lagging program by bringing in 7 transfers from schools including Clemson and Auburn. In total 11 of the players on the roster started out at other schools. They have no freshmen this year. In the Belt, they are 7-5 and are in 5th place. They have lost their last 3 which has dropped their NET down to 134

They are a high scoring, guard-centric team that shoots the three pretty well and takes quite a few of them. Leading scorer and Clemson-transfer 5'8 Daisha Bradford averages 20 points a game, and has scored 30+ three times this season. 2nd leading scorer is Auburn transfer 5'9 Jakayla Johnson who has scored 30+ twice. Looks like they typically go only about 7 deep with other players only getting spot minutes. Their opponents get to the line often, taking about 20 FTs a game.

ULM hosted Miami in the 1st half of the Challenge and beat them easily 78-62. They hosted JMU and lost that one 85-79
Q starts off the game with a three.
Ugh, Sammi misses the uncontested layup
after Q's three, ice cold.
Rinat finally breaks thru with a three.

6-5 UT
And Emmi hits another!
12-7 UT. All threes
And Wiard hits a floater in the lane, and UT has doubled-up the Hawks.

14-7. TO ULM
Barnes splits 2 defenders and hits the layup
16-11 UT.

Cullop a strange TO with only 25 seconds left in the quarter, to get subs in.
Another missed layup.

16-11 UT after 1
Only two point blank layups missed
Ugly start to Q2, neither team can make a shot
Barnes breaks the drought with a step-back long 2
18-16 UT at the media TO. Noveroske to the line when they come back.

Rockets shooting 25%. Getting as many wide open threes as they want, but not hitting them at all.
Bad call on Sophia as she had her pivot foot firmly place but was called for traveling none the less.
Hannah misses both, and just like that it's a tie game.
Nice give and go, Emmi-Hannah-Emmi for the lay in.
A lay up!!!
Q sat for a long time this half, and is not in foul trouble.
