I fear it's a ploy for the election.. He'll make these statements and get both sides behind him in PA, then tour with Biden and tout how Biden's second term will be about the things he's been saying..

He just won his election and is not up for 5 more years and has a 70 something approval in PA. There’s no reason strategically or politically for him to say these things that he’s getting hear from some fellow Dems for saying

Maybe he wants to get tabbed as Biden's replacement on the ticket at the convention.

Maybe all democrats need to have a stroke. Seems like his brain may have corrected itself.

Shouldn't be controversial to say. The Dems generally suck on this issue.

the bulk of PA is pragmatic ... like the other 8, Philly is their problem child ... it's why those gubernatorial races were more important than ever in '22 .... alas, more deaf ears....
