Temple Owls: 16-16 22-23 season, 8-9 presently
Buffalo Bulls :15-17 22-23 season, 2-14 presently
Notre Dame : 11-21, 22-23 season, 7-10 presently
Wright St: 18-15, 22-23 season, 9-9, presently
Valparaiso: 11-21, 22-23 season, 5-12, presently
Michigan: 18-16, 22-23 season, 6-10, presently

and, then there is Louisville: Talk about a team that is really fallen off the map: last season's record, 4-28, this season, better, but still losing at 6-10.

Kinda wonder if Michigan's coach Juwan Howard's past transgressions, if he survives after this season, unless he goes deep into the big dance.

That dude has punched another H.C., Sat on the bench during a game but did not coach and now has suspended a player from away games only (6 games), but not at home. Lots of "bad firsts" for a HC Ive ever seen. He's gona be gone after this year. The recruiting hasn't been the problem though. Beiline doing anything these days?

Howard has two more years on his contract if they want to buy him out.

I think he will be ran out. They have gaga money. Going below .500 and finishing 13th or 14th in the B1G will be the last straw.
Howard had heart surgery before the season and did not start actively coaching until recently. Phil Martelli has the Michigan HC for most of this season. UM just knocked off OSU and seems to be improving now w Howard back.

On the flip side some schools doing well starting w UT opponents.

UC-Irvine 5-0 in the Big West, 12-5 overall, #71 computer ranking
George Mason 13-5, #76, but 2-3 in A10 (Dayton leading at 15-2, George Wash having a good yr at 14-3)
RayJ and Baylor 14-2 and tied for 1st in B12, W Va 6-10 but coming off upset of ranked Texas
Vermont 13-5, #109, 3-0 in league
Oakland 11-8, 1st in Horizon at 6-2, Wright St 9-9, 4-3 both in the #130s, Detroit is 0-18
Ind St is 14-3 and #30 in NET, tied w Drake for 1st in Valley, N Iowa 9-9, 4-3 #108 (our best win by computers)
Utah St is top team MWC 16-1, N Mexico on the bubble #36 and 14-3. MWC has 6 top 45 teams.
Princeton at 14-1 #29, Cornell 12-3
Grand Canyon is 16-1, wouldn't mind them on our schedule in the future, Phoenix not a hard flight and they have a fun home court environment
Lafayette went 1-12 non-con but is now leading the Patriot at 4-0
The Southern Conf has two 15-2 teams in W Caro and Samford
McNeese St is 15-2
