Toledo portal talk and bowl game preview.

All bowl games being played with rosters other than their usual. Doesn't seem to have dampened the enthusiam of the players or the competition on the field. Looking forward to this bowl game. I wonder if they'll bring Cowboy Joe?

All the talk of requirements of the teams in order to participate, I wish there was one on the hosts to sell the game locally and brings fans to the stadium. If Toledo can do it for Italy, Az should be able to do it for Toledo and the whole state of Wyoming.
