So, I guess now they get pushed off on somebody else who also doesn’t want them. Maybe the ultimate loser will be the towns they get shipped to that can’t afford to push them off on somebody else.

Did you hear what happened either yesterday or the day before? Mayor Eric Adams had a meeting scheduled with administration officials regarding the illegal immigrants flooding in his city and the need for more resources to deal with it. He flew to D.C. and shortly before the meeting, got a message that his top fund raiser was raided by the FIB. He left and flew back to NYC.

Message received. Mayor, your beef with the admin is not welcomed. Go away and shut up.

California and New York approve over 60% of asylum cases—far more than Texas or Florida

Data compiled by Syracuse University's Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse revealed that asylum seekers who apply in New York and California are approved 61 and 66 percent of the time, respectively, according to the New York Post.

In contrast, just 23 percent of claims were approved in Florida, and 19 percent in Texas.

Between January and August 2023, nearly 8,700 asylum seekers were granted entry in California, just over 8,200 in New York. Only 1,309 were allowed to remain in Texas, while in Florida that number was less than 1,000.

This year brought a never-before-seen rise in asylum applications, with New York and California adjudicating more cases in the first eight months than all of 2022. Nationwide, over 900,000 people were granted entry into the United States on "humanitarian parole" and made eligible to apply for asylum.

More applications combined with an increase in approvals under the Biden administration has resulted in the border crisis spreading far beyond the states that border Mexico.

In New York City, for example, Mayor Eric Adams has long pleaded with migrants not to come as there are no longer resources available to house and feed them.

"It's not 'if' people will be sleeping on the streets, it's when," he said. "We are at full capacity. We have to sort of localize it as much as possible. We have to make sure that people have some type of restroom facilities, some type of shower network."

More than 10,000 illegal immigrants flood into the city each month, as part of the Biden administration's failed border policies that have admitted some 7 million illegal border crossers since he took office in 2021. Under Trump's final year in office in 2020, less than 500,000 illegal border crossers were admitted.

Migrants are sleeping in police station foyers in Chicago. In New York, a cruise ship terminal was turned into a shelter. In Denver, the number of migrants arriving has increased tenfold and available space to shelter them has withered. You rarely see Dem mayors pleading for help from a dem administration that has caused this crisis by its reckless border policies.

Could be a learning moment for those mayors that dem policies have a very real cost but I'd bet against them learning a thing.

The money that they will spend shipping them off to another place could well be used to ship them back to their homeland. They don't belong here, that's why they're called "illegal" aliens.

I'm still wondering what they're doing with the terrorists in the watch list and the Chinese that came along too. Only a fool would believe that they don't have nefarious ideas.

Well, we have a surplus of fools and it somehow seems that they have concentrated themselves in governments, local, state and federal. Imagine that.

Imagine how many we could get rid of if we could use a C-5 for every one way trip? Blathering Joe wouldn't approve of that, he needs the votes in November.

Pushing them to the less populated Red states? Sounds like colonialism re-purposed for the modern age.........
