I also think the bottom 3 are interchangeable, the way Marshall played the last two games they could easily be #14.

Quick short take on trending.

1. CCU Yikes! Maybe Beck isn't so bad after all.

2. ODU outstanding away game at number one JMU. Good to see you and Texas state getting some needed momentum.

3. App state never quits.

4. GS after a demoralizing beat down at JMU showing signs of resilience.

5. Consensus number one JMU lays their first egg performance thankfully at home after beating consensus number two away and handling consensus number 3 at home. Could JMU be trending in the wrong direction or is it just the Sun Belt?

6. UL just being UL.

7. Ark state finally showing life again.
We laid an egg with a ...win?

If you haven't watched it ..highly recommended - was a great and hard fought game on both sides ...our D just smothered them ...and have your FF button ready for commercials, long reviews, timeouts and injuries!

I agree with you about the laid an egg comment. Weird thing to say.

That said, you can't really say your defense smothered them when you gave up over 400 yards and 27 points.

And to the ODU fans saying they should have won, JMU lead by two scores most of the game, so credit to the Dukes. The better team won.

Haha....true...left out the words "down the stretch" when comes to our D - big plays will be the end of us at some point....

Wasn't even sure we had that many DBs to cover some of those ODU sets!

JMU looked nothing like the team that rolled GS and Marshall with home field advantage in front of a sold out stadium. Could be one egg and not a trend meaning eggs.

Pts/qtr.

1. 7 - 6
2. 7 - 7
3. 16 -14
4. 0 - 0

Multiple times in the game, JMU lead by two scores:

14-3
23-10
30-17

You were playing catch up most of the game. You don't lay eggs unless you actually lose. That's what the phrase means.
It really says something..not sure what ...that we are getting hen-pecked for style points when we keep on winning

We very well might lose 1+ games this year still...man it's gonna be loud here

We invite all of you to get on the bandwagon - it's good for the SBC
