Remember when the ambassador said the only reason Russia didn't invade Ukraine during Trump's term was because Putin didn't have the patience to explain why he was doing it to Trump.. Same thing here.. They didn't do this cause they didn't have the patience to explain it to Trump.. They only do it when strong leaders are in office
