There are only two campus college football stadiums with capacities above 80,000 that currently do not or will not soon reside within the SEC and BIG: Clemson (81,500) and Notre Dame (80,795). FSU is just shy of 80K (79,560). For the information provided below, I used stadium capacities provided from the Road To CFB website. Some capacities are reported differently on other sites. I did make changes for stadiums where I thought the capacity had changed and verified these numbers from the school website (example: Camp Randall listed at 80,321 on Road to CFB but school website shows 76,118)

Clemson would become the 10th largest stadium in the SEC and the 6th largest stadium in the BIG. FSU would be #11 (SEC) and #7 (BIG). The average stadium capacity for the SEC was 81,500 and for the BIG was 71,700 (includes all existing schools plus those that will be playing soon - UT, OU, USC, UCLA, UW, and Oregon). Clemson is exactly on the SEC average and is 10K above the BIG average. FSU would be 2K below the SEC average and 8K above the BIG average.

Below are some other schools often cited as possible expansion targets and where they would rank in terms of stadium capacity. All of these schools have stadium capacities below the average capacity for both the SEC and BIG.

Virginia Tech (65,632): #12 SEC / #11 BIG
Virginia (61,500): #12 SEC / #11 BIG
NC State (56,919): #15 SEC / #13 BIG
UNC (50,500): #18 BIG / #16 SEC
Kansas (50,071): #18 BIG / #16 SEC
Duke (40,004): Last in BIG / Last in SEC

KU’s stadium capacity is 47,000 and the new upgrade will probably further reduce capacity.

KU's stadium will, however, be expandable.
Miami plays in Hard Rock Stadium shared with the Miami Dolphins. It holds 64,767 in modern configuration for football.

That's NFL seating and concessions not college. That puts it in raw size up with VT, in reality above them, since it includes NFL luxury suites and boxes.

Maybe, but the distance from Coral Gables to Miami Gardens (where Hard Rock is) is a huge issue from an attendance standpoint.
FOX, NBC, ESPN et. al. don't care a whit about stadium size. They don't make money off ticket sales, they make money via TV ratings which drives how much they can charge for advertisement.

Miami can join the AAC with the other Municipal Stadiums of Memphis and Temple. 05-stirthepot

Just rename it the Big East so they can relive the glory years. 05-stirthepot 05-stirthepot 05-stirthepot
(Apologies to Pete Chop, the low hanging fruit was right there)
And then there's Rice...
Nebraska's current plan is to reduce capacity from 85,000 to 70,000.
I know FB is the main driver but BB IMHO will be become a much larger factor over the next 10 years.

I think you need to factor that in too

After the removal of the north end zone section we're at 47k now.
