From what I saw, defense leading to offense will definitely still be our calling card this year but if it wins games I'm happy.

We scored in bursts. Lotta new faces. Defense will probably be the calling card but there were a couple really nice offensive sets for wide open looks. Buford and Clark had a good game, Cunningham, McLaughlin, and Brown also had some really nice moments. Not too much we can predict due to the level of opponent, but if we could have limited the dry runs this game wouldn't have been even as close as the 20 pt win we got.

I honestly didn't get to see the whole game but we did have some nice open shots. Definitely still going to be an inside scoring team.

Oh absolutely. We had a ton of size against Lincoln, wonder how we'll fare against other DI competition
I have season tickets to both WBB and MBB, I laugh when folks continue to "complain" about football attendance which has 15K+ at most games. You want to see a lack of fan support attend a WBB game!! Even the MBB team that most folks are so critical of the Head Coach has a pretty full house for most games!
Come out and support WBB!!

We missed many shots right at the rim last night as well. But, I'm sure that will come in time. I counted approx 10 of them.
Today the Lady Monarchs host Texas Southern for this year's Education Day Game, scheduled for an 11 a.m tip off. These are so crazy to watch. Lot of energy in the Ted.

It's crazy what an arena full of young people can do to the energy level.
Ladies are now 4 - 0 not sure how strong the out of conference schedule has been, but when is the last time we started a season 4 - 0? Still not convinced but things seem to be trending up.
