Arizona, Washington, Oregon sound like they'd definitely be, but who else?

Utah
I feel bad for Cali and Stanford. They won’t join the Big12 State community colleges and won’t invite anyone to the Pac.
Silly. UCONN makes very little sense.

If not the Big XII for now, Stanford will have to go independent until the B1G comes calling.

Cal is just too _________ for the B1G or Big XII to take alone or with just Stanford. Cal goes independent and withers further. Unless they permanently fix their and all of SF's fundamental problems. {Stanford is an island there.}

I don't feel bad for them at all. They are the problem, not the victim.
If UConn was that popular, why isn't the Pac-12 making an offer?

Geography + Travel Costs in a conference that will be lucky to pull in $15m per year per school.
...noting that I am a fan of UCONN for whatever reason (I think I got caught up in their travails back in the ACC days and became a Boneyard lurker...03-drunk ...and let's face it, a Husky is a killer mascot... 04-rock ) - I think that the UCONN to the XII thing is somewhat of a 'side hustle' by Yormark, which may happen once the PAC defections are completed (they may already be, but that is HIGHLY doubtful... I wouldn't place any $$$ on it being 'all over'...) - with UCONN and perhaps a few other BE programs, along with Zaga, as part of the 'detached basketball package' BY is conjuring up (and will most likely accomplish - don't bet against that dude... 03-drunk ).

...and as to UCONN coming in as a 'full member' of the XII, in lieu of that, there could be some 'partial arrangement' for football, not unlike the ND/ACC deal, where UCONN could be provided with 4 games from XII schools each season, and after a few years, the program is 're-evaluated', and installed as a 'full member' when it is deemed to be 'ready for Prime Time' (pun intended, I reckon 03-drunk ) or whatever... I'm sure this would be some sort of NCAA violation, but who knows?
