I guess I 1) see a vast difference between this and what happened at Northwestern and 2) am failing to see why what is described in this article as bad.

Seems like the Fleck Bank system is rooted in good character habits and making up for mistakes and the "cult" thing is dumb. Of course its cultish...its college football and they have a mantra and a way of doing things. "The Hard Way" is the same. It's a mindset.

Most likely, they had to dig up some disgruntled former players (who wouldn't go on record) who just wanted to have their "Me too" moment.

Please help me if I missed something but this literally seems like nothing.
Seems like a nothing burger, whiners whining because it's in fashion. I hope thats the case, of course there's a "system" in place, seems like an odd red flag?

Need a normal football season to enjoy without having to worry about the future of the sport.

If Fleck is fired based on these allegations presented in this article...College football is done
AD definitely has his back (at least publicly and for now).
I stand with Fleck. These allegations, even if true, are lame

Well if he says they're baseless, then that's good enough for me. The 'Christian' that cheats on his wife while she's giving birth to their fifth child. Great guy! Row your boat across the River Styx.

Yeah, and so was the Northwestern AD and president until a shitestorm erupted and they turned a few weeks suspension into an immediate dismissal. May be much more here than we know. And WTF? Forced to applaud every time St. Flick walks into the room. WTF does he think he?

Sounds more like, have energy and be ready to work whenever we are together as a team. Look at his "Family" acronym.
