Florida won inspite of the fact that the refs let Super Mario run wild. He could have done like Nolen Richardson III and pulled a pistol and that would have been o.k. by them. The guy is truely great but it seems that they thought they owed it to him to let him foul. And if someone looked at him hard, they were charged with a foul.
That is the way I saw it, anyway.
I totally agree with you, REBstill. Not only that, he lives in the lane. I remember one time that the refs called him on lane violation. There is no doubt about him being a great ballplayer but he gets alot of help also.
it's sad to say....but most great ballplayers are that way....They always seem to get the calls.
That's why I think so many of those calls are bogus - they don't need any help! :bang: :crying: :mad:
