Up to 20 years for election fraud...

Now we just need all the swing states to do that.
laws are great … until they’re not enforced … then they’re nothing more than ‘kindling’…

Great for generating campaign donations though.
In another news, the death penalty has not stopped murderers from murdering.

Good luck.

It's going to happen slowly and incrementally, and may never happen at all in some states. What Rs need to do is make sure that something like this (or stronger) passes in every state where R's control both the legislative and executive branches. And don't overreach--overreaching is asking for courts to reverse.

For RWT...

Heck, the threat of jail time doesn't stop ANY crime. People are going to commit crime.

Laws simply tell the criminal what punishment to expect.

That was my point. And many committing such crimes likely aren't even up to speed on what the maximum punishment would be in the state they are crime-ing in.

Which makes turning GA/AZ/NV back around even higher priorities in 2024.

I think AZ simply requires getting the McCain and anti-McCain groups on the same sheet of music. That’s probably 200,000 votes which puts the state out of the cheat range.

NV has never really been solidly Republican, so not sure how good republican chances are there.

GA is a mystery to me. I think that, like AZ, the republicans are badly split. Plus the Georgia R’s have run some really bad candidates in recent years.
What a ******* world you delusional mopes live in where your candidate never loses, but rather got cheated.

Even funnier is that when your guy does eventually win something, you never even bat an eyelash that maybe they cheated.

ewe know I couldn't give two fks about ewer arse ... I know the same in return...

that's politics ... what's sad is ewe pine for tard whilst we pine for incentive across the board ... I'll never apologize for the latter ... no differently than ewe will moist coitenly <sic?> continue to be board's schmuck...

told ya not to ignore my arse ... how's it feeling 7 years later ... lmmfao...

we simply see things differently in these cases ... you see more value in 'above board' than thine ... I hope I'm wrong in '24 ... I'm betting I'm not (yeah, that does mean I'm betting on the dem nom)...
I'm proud to be a Texan. Waytago Guv. Texas our Texas, all hail the mighty state, Texas our Texas so wonderful so great...

Now, don't just pass the law, make it stick.
Dems have been rigging elections for countless decades. This isn't even debatable. Anyone ever heard of the Box 13 scandal? Look it up.

dog, it took the ‘burg ~20 years to finally eradicate the Lil’ Burney ballots that would show up around midnite … now, extrapolate how difficult that would be on today’s national scale…

Man I feel ya.

I remember in High School, trucks parked in the school parking lot with a gun rack in the rear window with a rifle or shotgun or two. No violence ever. Well except for the occasional altercation behind the gym. Usually overseen by one or more coaches so it didn't get out of hand. And to make sure hands were shaken afterwards.

That world is dead and gone.
