It's a sport adapted from the game of Quidditch in the Harry Potter book series. Hey, it's something...haha. I think the only other team national championship we won was in cheerleading three or four years ago. lol
clt says congrats?
BUT WHAT ABOUT BASKETBALL?!?

Quadball is actually pretty fun, watched a match a few years ago. Similar to flag football. Really interesting YouTube dive for anyone interested. I had heard that UTSA had a decent team last year but I didn’t realize they were that good, I’d have kept more up to date with it 03-lmfao
clt asks who won the pickle ball championship?
North Texas won the Men's National Championship in Polo. Between that an Quadball, the AAC isn't gonna know what hit them.
UNT were polo runner ups not champions. G4 quality.

But seriously why even bother with the fake brooms? That looks like it would lead to an increase in crotch injuries.

How’s the Big12 invite coming along?

UB wrong.

Beat A&M in the semis, and beat Virginia for the Natty.

LOL. You REALLY don't get Memphis fans. 03-lmfao
...I'm pretty sure if Stanford or Cal won this thang, they would claim it in order to add to the 'Conference of Champions' resume... ...with that, congrats Roadrunners! 04-cheers

Haha. The same as it always has and I have very low expectations that it will happen. What does that have to do with quadball?

Lol, no we actually won it. Beat Creighton in the quarters, Michigan in the semis, and Harvard in the championship game. I read up some more on it because I never even heard of the sport until I found out we won, and there have actually been 4 Quadball World Cups so far, and USA has won three of them.

cool... the Dynasty is NOW for UTSA Quadball... 04-rock ...and I would think that if a few folks floated this around UAB, it may well catch on as well - UAB is a somewhat 'laid back' campus, but like anywhere else, has the 'intellectual' set (well, the 'UBER-intellectual' set, as hopefully the entire student body is pretty intellectual... 03-drunk ) who would get into it...
I’m unfamiliar with quad ball, but was looking for information about the UTSA MBB team. If someone could direct me to such a thread that would be much appreciated.

Sincerely,

Not sure but I think their MBB team is pretty good, too. Didn’t they maybe make the NCAA final four this year? Or am I thinking of another one of the incoming teams*
