The tailgate I helped found supported two Cuse Football players with money last year. We renamed our tailgate from Fine Mess to SyraCruz. Our prime recipient was Enrique Cruz. Secondary was "Rhino" Elmore. We also gave out stipends for other sports' athletes to talk to us at home game tailgates. I designed and had over 200 Tshirts and 1000 high quality koozies produced for sale. We also did 8×10 inch photos of some players. The players involved received approximately 50% of the profits from merchandise sales. All the merchandise was officially licensed through Syracuse University.
We plan to support Enrique Cruz again this season among other players.
