Men's tennis wins the Sunbelt Tournament 4-2 over South Alabama
Congrats Mens tennis!
Way to go fellas. Congrats
Well done!
Considering the current state of all other sports, I guess this means we're a tennis school now. Well done lads!
Should note that the women completed an undefeated regular season today and are the regular season Sun Belt champs. That beautiful facility and our outstanding tennis coaches are getting it done.
Way to go, guys! Cheers! 04-cheers

You're giving him too much credit. That all stemmed from ODU fans correcting him on how nice our facility is.

I would anticipate a tournament championship for the women as well. Both the men's and women's programs are in great shape. Being an old tennis guy with arthritic knees ( but not at the collegiate level ) I am glad the teams are doing well. I think in tennis, you definitely have to be able to recruit overseas and both staffs do a very good job of this. I think tennis is more popular overseas than the US. Vast majority of the better players are overseas.
Nice!

I stand corrected, but at the end of the day all that matters is that we have a great men's and women's program and a top of the line tennis facility! I wasn't watching all of the matches in the men's tourmanent but I followed along from afar and it was awesoem seeing our guys get the crown.

Now, how does the NCAA tournament work? do they invite the full teams or is it based on player rankings?

It's technically 2 tournaments simultaneously. Both full teams go (same AQ and at-large as other sports), along with individuals based on national rankings.
Women's team won the championship against JMU today.

Third straight for them. Dynasty under Dom Manilla.
Way to go Ladies. Congrats.
Invest in facilities, reap the rewards. Baseball has done really well, but that needs to happen soon.
