Okay, anybody want to tackle any of this? I would like to hear the rebuttal.

For those who don't want to click on the tweet, here is the full text:

Quote:Our government and especially the Democrat party hates U.S. citizens.

They lie about everything.

They lie under oath.

They control 99% of the media who are merely paid government propagandists.

They call us white supremacists, domestic terrorists, deplorables, extremists, and every name in the book 24/7.

They tried to lock us down, bankrupt us, force an untested "vaccine" into our arms, then called us grandma murderers and told us we'd all die in a winter of death - when we wouldn't comply. Meanwhile, they left all the big corporations open for business and made them and Big Pharma filthy rich.

They work with big tech to silence free speech. When we tell the truth, they label it hate speech and scream MISINFORMATION!

They closed churches, left liquor stores open, and try to destroy our religious beliefs on a daily basis - then they shove their warped, twisted, woke, evil alternate reality down our throats 24/7.

They send 100s of billions to protect Ukraine's borders while leaving ours wide open.

They use the intel community, corrupt judges, corrupt DAs, and the full might of the U.S government to illegally crush their political opposition. Meanwhile, ignoring blatantly obvious crimes in their own party.

They release murderers, thieves, rapists, and career criminals back onto our streets with a slap on the wrist to assault us over and over.

And they finance it all by stealing half our money and somehow they all miraculously become filthy rich themselves while in office.

Our biggest enemies aren't outside our borders - they're right here at home.
An honest question… how do you rebut / debate an unhinged premise? The belief that either party is not in it for the wealth and power is naive. Posing every political disagreement as a biblical fight of good vs evil is self serving and does not promote crossing the aisle.

All true. Esp in prog filth democrat run shitholes

Time to split the country
They can only do it because we allow them to do it.

We buy and use their products every day and allow them to use the money we give them against us.

We don’t say no to much in this country. “But I want it, but I like it better, what choice do I have, my kids like it, I ‘need’ it” for this or that reason. On and on, always a million excuses why we act against ourselves.

So we have google, apple, Amazon, Starbucks, Budweiser, Gillette, Coke, and the rest. And we can’t shovel our money to them fast enough.

Alternatives exist. Why don’t people get off the butts and find some and use them.

Because I don't think the info is readily available to people without doing some research, and most people aren't consumed by political news like us nerds.

You saw what just happened with Bud Light, which was out in the open, thanks mostly to Twitter.

Because both sides are in it for wealth and power makes it okay for your side to pull the crap it does? I don't buy it.

I was fully independent in 2016, had voted exactly 50-50 D and R (or third party) in presidential elections since 1968. But the overt crap pulled by the Dems since then has turned me into an anti-Dem, b/c I think the leaders of your chosen party are not just in it for wealth and power. If you think the Dems in leadership have any notion of "crossing the aisle," you would be wrong. They don't want to cross the aisle. They want to eliminate the aisle and have one party rule.

They attempt to attain it by any means necessary, including spying, meting out unequal justice, subverting the Constitution (especially free speech, 2A, etc.) and a hundred other rotten, anti-humanity illegal ploys.

Repubs in leadership are also in it for wealth and power, they just don't pull the crap your side does, but they aren't doing anything to stop it. But the sleaze I've seen ooze from your party didn't turn me into a Republican, or even a conservative.

It turned me into a person who thinks hope for this country is lost, and I don't know what to do next. I'm just glad I'm really old.

Now, as usual, you never answered a single question. I believe that tweet to be true. Please explain line by line why those are lies. I'm open to any reasonably proven facts, not party BS, or telling me how equally bad Repubs are.

A 5 minute search would tell most literate people all they need to know. If they don’t care enough to spend a few minutes researching how they spend all the money that they spend thousands of hours a year working for, than they have an extremely warped outlook and we’re doomed anyway.

I bet they spend several minutes reading reviews of games they download to their phones. People shop for homes for months before they make an offer, test drive 10 different cars, read all the Yelp restaurant reviews, try on 20 pairs of pants before they find the right one.

But they can’t search for “companies that support conservative values, Christian owned companies” etc. I don’t buy it. People are all talk and no values. If they had values, they’d live them even if it took a whopping 5 minutes of research.

Everybody does it, so it's ok because everybody does it.

Except that people like you and Tom Jean Pelosi are very quick to condemn the right and turn a blind eye to the left. Most "righties" here will call out the BS of either side equally.

While I'm not 'really old" I am going to be 67 in August. I'm glad I'm approaching my expiration date. I'm sick of both sides but I can at least find something worth supporting in the GOP. The democrat party? Nah, I don't see that it possesses much to like, if anything at all. They are as you say.

It's one of the numerous things that separates us from them.

I get it. That's a lot of information to process.

We'll just try one at a time then.

"They send 100s of billions to protect Ukraine's borders while leaving ours wide open."

Rebut that.
The OP is accurate. That tweet is factual; everyone reading it KNOWS it is real. I contend the greed of both major politcal parties will continue to result in the loss of freedoms in this country. The USA will continue to deteriorate due to the FAILURE of BOTH primary political parties to do what is right for the USA.

"We the people" kept voting these people into office and deserve whatever happens. It's not like the elected Congress and Senate are hiding their true intentions.

I think most Americans will realize around 2050 that the USA "that used to be" is OVER; it has run its course and needs to end. It will require that some committee be formed to arrange a negotiated "split" using Article 5 (Convention of the States) as detailed in the US Constitution.

Obviously, this won't be easy. I believe such a "dissolution" of the USA will take probably most of the 50's decade for the committee to hammer out an agreed compromise. What I believe ultimately evolves from the negotiated split is what I term the North American Union (NAU) and it occurs around 2060.

Quote:Our government and especially the Democrat party hates U.S. citizens.

The phrasing of this statement implies that the government and democratic party aren't comprised of U.S. Citizens, and automatically paints your interpretation of "U.S. citizen" (i.e. only people you assume you agree with) as a victim.

They lie about everything.

Who is they? What lies? I know that the left doesn't believe they lie about the things they passionately support, but it seems this statement conflates not understanding / not agreeing with something as lying.

They lie under oath.

Who does? Which example? I don't want to whatabout this, but you guys support Trump, it seems like making a blanket statement about lying under oath is only going to be hypocritical no matter how you slice it

They control 99% of the media who are merely paid government propagandists.

This is just flat false.

They call us white supremacists, domestic terrorists, deplorables, extremists, and every name in the book 24/7.

"If everywhere you go smells like ****, maybe you should check under your nose". The left does not say this to be big meany heads to poor republicans. They say it because it is applicable based on the actions and values of today's right wing. If the left is witnessing the rights of them and their peers being destroyed, led by a party of rich, white, christian, men who villify transgender, homosexual, and POC, under the guise of a cross, what exactly is the correct term for this?

They tried to lock us down Because COVID is real and killed millions of people, bankrupt us what?, force an untested "vaccine" into our arms because COVID is real, then called us grandma murderers because you wouldn't do the simplest thing to protect people from a deadly virus and told us we'd all die in a winter of death which is more true than it isn't, because you treated COVID like it was just the cold - when we wouldn't comply. Meanwhile, they left all the big corporations open for business and made them and Big Pharma filthy rich. I thought republicans were pro business? Are you implying that the communist, socialist, ANTIFA, BLMers are pro big pharma?

They work with big tech to silence free speech. When we tell the truth, they label it hate speech and scream MISINFORMATION!

No, the right has a problem telling the difference between factual information and propaganda. From this perspective, right wing narratives failing in the sphere of public opinion is "silencing free speech", when in actuality... it's just wrong, and fails to lure people to your side.

They closed churches because COVID is real and you wouldn't treat it as such, left liquor stores open keeping stores open under COVID is a problem now?, and try to destroy our religious beliefs on a daily basis Which religious beliefs would that be? - then they shove their warped, twisted, woke, evil alternate reality down our throats 24/7. Allowing people to exist and live a happy life is one agenda I support shoving down throats

They send 100s of billions to protect Ukraine's borders while leaving ours wide open. This has been explained a million times, and it's on you if you fall for this smooth brain logic again. You would prefer the alternative? How much cash vs. how much equipment?

They use the intel community, corrupt judges, corrupt DAs, and the full might of the U.S government to illegally crush their political opposition. Meanwhile, ignoring blatantly obvious crimes in their own party.

They release murderers, thieves, rapists, and career criminals back onto our streets with a slap on the wrist to assault us over and over.

And they finance it all by stealing half our money and somehow they all miraculously become filthy rich themselves while in office.

Our biggest enemies aren't outside our borders - they're right here at home.

See the bold for my comments.

I had to stop by the end, because it was just repeating itself. None of it is sourced, none of it acknowledges what the right has done to get in to this position, and it comes off as uneducated, misinformed, petulant whining.

So why do we always see you Tom, TIGERCITY and a few others constantly defending ONE party?
It's hard to take anything seriously by "Catturd", even if one somewhat agrees with the post.
They'd shut it all down in 2 minutes again if you let them. That's all I need to know.

The moment Fauci started spewing shutting the economy down, the #1b issue was ballots. The moment states got their stimulus money, stats chucked it into the election process. The moment results were certified, the Blue states started opening up.

It was very clear what was being done. The lockdowns were a total fraud. Kruciff would be the loyal stooge for it again if it meant the brain-dead puppet getting in.

If you are still clinging to COVID conspiracies, after all this time, after all the evidence and deaths, at some point your idiocy is your own fault and not that of those who don't buy into it.

Not saying COVID was a conspiracy, thx for putting words into my mouth, tho.

The lockdowns were the fraud.

Do you deny the Democrats #1b was the election & lockdowns went away when it was done?
