We’re double digit dogs…play loose. Nothing to lose.
Us and the refs are bad.

GO HUSKIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We are getting embarrassed in the first 12 minutes. Turnoverpalooza.

Well, they are playing up to the expectations of a double digit dog
The moment too big for the Huskies. They look like the early season games where even the easiest passes look difficult and hitting an open shot is just not going to happen.

As all year, they will battle until the end, lets see if we can put something together.
Praying for a comeback, but we might dug too deep of a hole.
Try and get it under 10 by half
1-11 from 3, 4-22 18% overall.

And Konan has it!

GO HUSKIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
6-27 fg%
2-13 3pt%
wow!

I know that is not the percentage, but I am frustrated.

GO HUSKIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So many terrible shots taken.. a lot of them with time left in the shot clock, by the end of the season should be making better decisions.

Wild shots with the ball pretty much just being thrown toward the basket. We have looked really bad.
I was hoping and confident that we were past these type of games where we just completely fall apart, but I guess not. I am OK losing but to do it in such a just sloppy way just hurts

Back in the last century when I played/coached, there were 3 primary reasons for this: lazy, tired or sore from getting beat up from driving to the hoop.
Time to see Drew one last time
Trying hard to hang on to hear Burno's assessment after the end of the season but listening to Bill "the shill" Baker is way too painful. He'd like to go back and play the non-conference schedule "with the team we have now." Why and for what purpose. Typical would have, could have, should have thinking. So an embarrassing loss becomes a narrow loss or a narrow loss becomes a narrow win.....you can't re-write history. You are what your record says you are. This team is this team because of what they learned or didn't master all season long. I'd love to have seen Kenny Battle stay at NIU but the Cheatin' ILL-ness had a car plus money waiting; wish clueless O'Dell allowed Rosborough to coach Thomas, Whiteside, etc. as juniors and seniors; would love to have seen Huskies versus Texas Tech with a healthy TJ Lux; wish Hammel didn't get burnt out; would prefer NIU not have Patton and Montgomery submarine the program.
