This will be the final week of the 2023 Basketball Pick Contest since in the past someone else does the NCAA Tournament.

This year, I'll just let you pick the winner of these tournaments, one point for each. Your best bet is just to wait until the championship game is decided and pick the winner between the two teams involved. The first two games are the two women's championship games which will be this Sunday and the semifinals will be on Saturday. You may pick them now and change up to game time.

After this, season contest standings will be calculated but I think in this case it's a foregone conclusion who will win.

All Times ET

Women's Big Ten: Sunday, 3/5, 5pm, Minneapolis (ESPN)
Women's Pac 12: Sunday, 3/5, 5pm, Las Vegas (ESPN2) - Probably poor planning these are on at the same time.

Men's WCC - Tuesday, 3/7, 9pm, Las Vegas (ESPN)

Men's Big 12 - Saturday, 3/11 6pm, Kansas City (ESPN)
Men's MWC - Saturday, 3/11, 6pm, Las Vegas (CBS)
Men's Big East - Saturday, 3/11, 6:30pm. New York (FOX)
Men's ACC - Saturday, 3/11 8:30pm, Greensboro (ESPN)
Men's Pac 12 - Saturday, 3/11, 10:30pm, Las Vegas (ESPN)

Men's SEC - Sunday, 3/12, 1pm, Nashville (ESPN)
Men's Big Ten - Sunday, 3/12 3:30pm, Chicago (CBS)

I believe in all cases the SF will be the day before.
Pac 12 Women's Basketball Tournament: UCLA (Upset City, UCLA vs. Wazzu!)
Big Ten Women's Tournament: Iowa (over Ohio State)

Paging GoldenWarrior11 and Skyhawk! Need your Big Ten and Pac 12 women's picks.
Iowa and UCLA today.
I guess I missed the deadline? (Been a really long couple of days lol)

I don't know who's playing (or who may have won)

but looking at you two's posts, I'd pick UCLA over and Ohio state, if those are choices.

The women's championships were yesterday. You can still pick the men's tournaments.

For you and GoldenWarrior11, the WCC Championship is Tuesday night but the SF's are tonight late night in the East Coast. My assumption is Gonzaga and St. Mary's will play in the championship game but they of course still have to win their games.

The other championship tournaments will start later in the week. The SEC and Big Ten are Sunday, most of the others are Saturday. I will post separate complete bracket contests at other conference boards as well for additional rec points.
Separate conference tournament contests (additional rec points available!):
ACC: https://csnbbs.com/thread-966532.html
Big Ten: https://csnbbs.com/thread-966533.html
Big East: https://csnbbs.com/thread-966534.html
WCC Championship: Gonzaga
For those of you keeping at score at home, Golden Warrior11 sent a PM to me picking Gonzaga so both GW11 and I are perfect this week so far.

The next conference championships are Saturday with the SF's on Friday night. The SEC and Big Ten championship games are Sunday afternoon with SF's Saturday afternoon.

In the season pick contest there are only seven available points left so GoldenWarrior11 has clinched 1st place not counting me. I can still win although I am three points behind. Skyhawk will officially win 2nd place, ChrisLords 3rd place.

GoldenWarrior11 53
Schmolik 50
Skyhawk 34
ChrisLords 16
Shannon Panther 5
RutgersMike 5

The Conference Championships contest is still active and you are still welcome to pick the remaining games but GoldenWarrior11 already has a 3 point lead. The Big Ten and Big East Tournament contests are active until the tip off of the first games. I will allow entries for the ACC contest although you cannot win any points for the 1st round games since they were yesterday.

Men's Big 12 - Saturday, 3/11 6pm, Kansas City (ESPN)

Kansas - In Kansas City and they might be looking for the #1 overall seed.

Men's MWC - Saturday, 3/11, 6pm, Las Vegas (CBS)

Utah State - They need it more.

Men's Big East - Saturday, 3/11, 6:30pm. New York (FOX)

Marquette.

Men's ACC - Saturday, 3/11 8:30pm, Greensboro (ESPN)

Duke. They're on a roll.

Men's Pac 12 - Saturday, 3/11, 10:30pm, Las Vegas (ESPN)

Arizona. I believe someone from UCLA is hurt now.
SEC: Aggies over Gunslingers
Last call for Saturday Championship games.
Kansas
San Diego State
Marquette
Duke
UCLA
Alabama and Purdue tomorrow.
GoldenWarrior11 and I are now 7-1 (I lost on Utah State, GoldenWarrior11 lost on UCLA).

I need GoldenWarrior11's picks on the SEC and Big Ten. If GW11 just picks the favorites, we'll just take a tie. If you want to be bold and go for the win, go for Texas A&M or Penn State:)
I'll make it fun.

I'll go A&M and Purdue.
