Kansas and Baylor are the first tier.
BYU, TTech, and Cincy prolly the 2nd tier.
The rest will just be regular games I suppose.
I suppose that KU will evolve as an arch rival, but for me, I want to beat Baylor right off the bat. However, I look forward to all the new B12 opponents.
Baylor, no question. TCU and Texas Tech will be rivals and there will always be a target on Kansas’ back with every conference opponent.

If… anyone runs the table in this league they better bring their monster A game every single game.
As for who I think will be Houston’s rival… Kansas comes to mind first and Baylor not far behind followed by TTech.

Baylor and Tech since they're in-state. Kansas to a lesser extent.

Everyone! This conference is a dream come true for BB folk.
I think Texas Tech and Baylor are going to be our primary rivals in the new Big 12 in all major sports.
