The trial was postponed because the St. Louis City Circuit Attorney’s Office was not ready to proceed.

Riley violated the conditions of his monitoring more than 40 times since July 18, most recently five days before the crash, KSDK reported. The circuit attorney’s office did not file a motion with the court to revoke Riley’s bond after those violations, the station reported.

Gardner, like the VA Parole Board, needs to be prosecuted for negligent homicide. Both allowed people with no reason to be freed into society to commit further crimes. Maybe we could amputate both of Gardner's legs and she how that cuunt likes it.

What good is the GPS bracelet if violation of its use is ignored? Gardner should be fired, prosecuted and face disbarment for her inactions.

She's allowed to suck at her job because she's black like the folks who voted for her.
