15 for 18 so keep them off the line especially down the stretch. 6'5" Safford who averages 15.6 had 27pts. They have no true center, which is good, but 6'8" Mirambeaux had 18pts and 4 rebounds.
Need to beat the teams below the Huskies so I feel it is a must game.

A definite must-win game. if ya can't beat the worst of the worst ya got no business at the MAC Tournament.
Tuned in to the pre-game show and the immediate thought is "welcome to the Baker-Davis cliché-fest". Very few of us in the media get to cover the Huskies anymore so those of us who still care about NIU have had to listen to the Huskie Radio Network more often than we did in the old days and a topic of conversation is that whenever the Dog Pound discusses mediocrity in the administration, coaches, players or teams, the chat doesn't include broadcasts. For everybody who is going to criticize, stop and listen to other announcers and be honest. In fairness, Mark Lindo is the exception to this perception.

Baker is, always was, and always will be tops for me. Can he give the score more often? Sure. But, I love the guy. He bleeds Huskie red from every pore. And he is an institution.

I recently bought a copy of the new Webster's dictionary and there was a picture of Baker next to the definition of frustration.

Absolutely terrible game. Probably would have lost again to Illinois-Springfield.
Well that was unfortunate
This team has been better on the road than at home this season. They do not play well at home for whatever reason.
Kaleb Thornton could not have played worse today if he was betting and throwing the game. Huskies are very fortunate that the bottom 4 MAC teams are really bad.
Team got complacent and it cost them. Might be good in the long run for them to lose. The pass into the post of the zone was wide open, but we refused to shoot the mid range jumper from there. Missed a couple of easy ones and they hit some prayers and you have a loss.
Huskies are not playing there best ball right now and hopefully David Coit will be back next game. One more win or a Bowling Green loss with 4 games left and the Huskies are in the MAC tournament. We get people to the game and it seems like over the last 20 years we lose with a good crowd for us
