Broncos MAC wins are both at home against EMU by 6 and BGSU by 16. WMU led by guard Lamar Norman at 18.5 ppg. Their big man 6'8" Titus Wright avg 8.4 ppg and 5.3 rebs. Forward Marteese Hastings 6'7" leads in rebounding with 9.9 per game and add 8 ppg. This is a winnable road game as the Broncos are a mediocre 3pt shooting team at .342% from the top seven minutes per game players.
Huskies will need a "stout expedition" to Kzoo and have a lot of "hop" in their steps
and "slam" the Broncos back into the MAC cellar. We need more than a "two hearted"
effort to go to 5-4.

NIU has already exceeded my expectations so every win from here on out is bonus.
Looking at the schedule, we only play the top 3 teams once. And we went 1-2.
Only games left we won't win for sure is at 5-3 Ball State.
10 more games left. 9-9 would be a great season.
Not the best time to play WMU.
They had a double digit lead with 3 minutes left vs CMU and well…you can guess the rest.

I know most of you are worried about airports and chgo st but the Huskies MBB won
handily and are 5-4. Also Buffalo lost, CMU should lose, Ohio is losing so MAYBE get your tickets to Cleveland.

Interestingly I think I could statistically demonstrate you would have won the game IF you wouldn't have attempted ANY 3 pt shots. Your FG% rises to 46% without the 3's. Convert those 22 3's into 46% inside the arc - nope, ya still would have lost by 1 point!
Of course everything is not equal. A good defense forces the other team to shoot 3's because they have no other shot. We had a good defense.
