NIU does not have a hockey team. There is an NIU ice hockey club. There are also NIU clubs for archery, fencing, men's lacrosse, men's and women's rugby, table tennis and men's volleyball.
Just like ice hockey, none of those club sports are on the NIU athletics website and nor should they be.

They have NIU's athletic dept. & attorneys' permission to call themselves "NIU HOCKEY TEAM", and to utilize all official logos. They are certainly officially affiliated with the university.
I would not mind if the club teams had their own pages on the official Huskies site, glad they are representing the university. Wish we funded the hockey team as a sport and not a sanctioned club team.
They aren't in the MACHA anymore? I know they moved up to D1 ACHA a while back. Or did MACHA become MCH?

Unfortunately, two of our four wins were against a M2 team, which is a lower level than our M1.
